Down the rabbit’s hole
Dynabyte is an IT consulting company with innovative leadership driven by curiosity, openness and solidarity. The company is growing organically and has now taken the next step in development by moving to an expanded and improved office environment in the heart of Stockholm. For this, pS Arkitektur developed the concept of ‘Down the rabbit’s hole’, based on various alternative worlds. The office space is inspired by fairy-tales, taking visitors on an enchanting walk through Hogwarts, Narnia, Alice in Wonderland and Gulliver’s Travel. It is a flirt with the digital alternative reality that Dynabyte explores daily, where nothing is quite what it seems to be.
A home away from home
As many of the employees are out working for clients, the Dynabyte office plays the significant role of a home to return to. The unique and creative office environment aims to attract and retain the brightest talents. It inspires a playful, accepting and relaxing office culture, which is also welcoming to all employee networks. All furniture is reused, second hand or purchased at an auction. Despite the playful attitude, the space meets all the functional needs of the business. The floor plan and the furniture strongly focus on flexibility and convenience, with flexible workstations for constantly changing team formations.
